I'm User Y2kbug alias Andreas.
My systems:
- IBM Thinkpad R51 1830-DG4
- Apple PowerMac G4 “Mirrored Drive Doors”[1] – Dual 1 GHz PowerPC 7455 (M8689LL/A)
- Apple Onboard Audio: Texas Instruments TAS3004 which is now working with patches from the author of snd-aoa, Johannes Berg (see bug bug #2448: the master amp was not handled and the master volume stayed muted…) – the patches are in ALSA 1.0.19 and Linux Kernel 2.6.30.
- Apple Power Mac G5 “Late 2005”[2] – Dual-core 2 GHz PowerPC 970MP (M9590LL/A)
- Apple Onboard Audio: Burr Brown PCM3052 “Onyx” (analog in- & output, S/PDIF digital output) and Crystal Semiconductor CS84xx “Topaz” (S/PDIF digital input)
